Magic Bands for One Day Pass?

So my husband and I are going to the World for the day before we head on our cruise on the Dream. My questions is will we receive Magic Bands for our One day pass with park hopper? Anyone out there know? I am thinking of surprising him with a second day with hopper. So I guess that means a two day pass with hopper. I just want to have a magic band so bad lol.

Do you have an on-site resort reservation? If so, you'll receive MB.

If you are not staying at a WDW resort, you would have to purchase the bands ($12.95 each) or just use your ticket for admission and fastpasses.

You need to link your resort reservation to your MyDisneyExperience.com account. Once you do that, you should be able to customize your MagicBands.

Once you link your resort reservation to MyDisneyExperience.com, select the 'MagicBands and Cards' option from the MyDisneyExperience drop down menu. That page should have a pending MagicBand order and once you confirm your mailing address you can customize the individual MagicBands.
