Magic Bands December Trip??

So, I looked but did not find a thread. I was able to customize magic bands for our October trip forever ago. However, I am not given the option to customize our late December/early January trip yet. Any rumors about why?

I would call Disney. This happened to me recently and it was something wrong on their end. Good luck!
