Magic Bands and FP+ with Friends= Confusion

I have been to DW many times. I have had no problem with advanced ADR's etc. The Magic Band is new for us this time, but I think I understand how to use and reserve ADR and FP. My issue is that we are traveling with anther family and we obviously want to have the same items set-up so we can tour together. We are staying at a DR with MYW package. They are staying at the Swan & Dolphin and getting tickets separately. I have a few questions/concerns:

1. How do we link our reservations? Does this automatically book us all for the same things?
2. Can I make ADR's for all 7 of us at 180 days out or just the 4 on my reservation? If not, how can we dine together?
3. Can she make FP reservations 60 days out like us?

Justtrying to figure out how we can enjoy things like fun meals and rides TOGETHER. Thanks for any input.

1) Go onto My Disney Experience and add the other person(s) as "Family and Friends." You'll need to know the email address that they use for their own MDE account (assuming they have one). It doesn't automatically book you all for the same things, it just lets you see everyone's information.

2) You can make dining reservations for as many people as you wish.

3) They'll be able to make FP+ at 60 days as long as they have valid tickets linked at that point in time.
