Magic Bands and Fastpass question

okay, i'm curious if you have two fast passes like 1 per person and the 1 person doesn't want to use their fast passes will the cast member allow the other person to use the band for their fast pass?

I remember when we had the paper fast passes and my mom didn't want to use it i would use it after my ride.

CMs don't care who wears the MBs.

It doesn't matter who is using the magic band/ticket, as long as there is a valid fastpass on said magic band/ticket
