Magic band won't link

I purchased 2 magic bands for our upcoming trip in april as stocking stuffers. I am unable to link the one for myself it keeps giving me an error message that I have submitted an invalid number. Do I have to wait until I get to the resort to activate these bands?

It should work, have you double checked that you typed the correct code from the back of the band? If so, give tech support a call.

Try later in the day.
Sometimes glitches ease up at different times.

I just linked two this am (thanks Santa!) no issues. I did enter the - if that helps?

I entered 4 this morning with no problems. Also entered the - in the codes.

I entered 2 without a problem, the 3rd is a limited edition Kylo Ren band and its says it's not valid no matter what I try. I guess I will have to call

Yes I was able to link both without issues yesterday

Finally got mine linked, apparently when you buy them the cast member is suppose to set it up to be linked later and they didn't do that at pin traders for that band, luckily IT fixed it for me without a problem.
