Magic Band - When to worry?

In MDE, my bands show as shipped with an estimated arrival date of 5/20 to 5/22. The tracking shows no information at all beyond the shipment being accepted by USPS in Memphis on the 15th. At what point would it be a good idea to contact Disney and let them know the bands haven't arrived? We leave home on 6/13 and I'm hoping they'll come in time for me to decorate them before we go.

Contact them now......we had the same message and as they explained to us the order was "locked" for some reason. We leave in 8 days and are still waiting. They say they are on the way.

I'd be seriously wondering where they are NOW.
In Memphis 8 days ago? Hmmmmmm.

With likely no mail delivery until this coming Tuesday (May 26,)
I'd hope to see them that day.

If not, contact Disney.

You got the tracking info even though the bands were "locked"? I thought when I read about that problem the bands didn't show as having shipped at all?

No tracking number just a mess saying "Your Magic Bands are on there way." or something like that. When I called to get a tracking number the CM said, "Oh this is strange.... long pause....... I am getting my manager...... for some reason they were locked.....I'm sure glad you called. And now they still aren't here. We have the second set for the last stay but not the first.

It looks like mine are on their way too, though they may have taken the scenic route in getting here. After no updates on the tracking page since the 15th this afternoon it suddenly shows that the package has arrived at a post office in the Detroit area. Weird, since it is Sunday and a holiday weekend - I didn't expect to see any new entries until Tuesday but the update was time stamped 4:47 this afternoon. No intermediate steps at all, just dropped off in Memphis on the 15th, checked in at Allen Park today, but that means they should be here Wed or Thurs at the latest so I'll take it.
