Magic Band web page question

Hi everyone! I booked my resort stay via undercover tourist and linked it to my already existing MDE account along with park tickets.
The next step in my experience would be to order the magic bands. As I live in Europe, I'm aware that I will only receive them at check-in.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to click on the web page where to order the magic bands - I ALWAYS get a 500 error. I got in touch with undercover tourist and their support told me that many people are struggling with that part of the site and to try in times where the site is not overflown by people in the parks. I tried to do that as well - trying early morning European time - but still no result.

Worth mentioning that I see a magic band already linked to my account - from the previous trip - but I don't think that should impact the fact that I'm unable to order a new one, right?

My trip is scheduled for April. Could this be the reason? Might the page become available only much closer to the trip? If not, what is the recommended way to go?

Again, being from EU, calling Disney is quite an endeavor, but if that's my last resort, I'm going to do that.
