Magic Band Questions

Getting ready to leave for Disney in a few days, first time using magic bands. First, do you have to "activate" it when you get there before you can use it? If so, how? Also, are all charges on both the magic bands and mobile ordering of food linked to the credit card I have on MDE for my room? I don't recall seeing anywhere to link separate cards for each thing. Thanks!

No. It is already "active."

As stated above, it is active. For charging, if you have a CC on your MDE profile, that will be used for mobile order and such. You can also charge things back to your resort room to be settled to the card on file (I don't think Mobile Order does this). It is possible to have other MB's in the group tied to different credit cards for room charges, but it has to be setup at the front desk.
