I have Magic Bands from a past trip to Disney. Can I use them and if so, how do they get updated?

1. Yes.
2. If you have your park tickets in your MyDisneyExperience account,
you don't need to do anything at all but just use the MBs, as-is.

As an FYI: There is nothing on the bands to update. It contains only an id number linked with your MyDisneyExperience account.
