Magic Band Question...

I have tried EVERYTHING to get my magic band order through. I'm not even trying for the new ones, just the regular free ones!

If I can't get the order through, will they still send me the ones I have chosen, or will they just send all grey ones or something?

Try clearing your cache and/or use a different browser. If you don't make a selection before your time is up they will send you grey ones.

If you customize the free bands so that you have chosen colors, then they should send the colored bands to you instead of grey ones. That is what happened to us.

When is your trip? If you ordered free colored bands they won't ship them until approximately 30 days before your arrival. If you purchase premium bands then they will ship away.

I deleted cookies, used different browsers, used my phone... Literally nothing will work. But it's cool because I called and spoke with support. I'm glad I did because they had different color selections on their end than what I actually chose! Our trip isn't till the end of October, so they won't be sent out yet, but at least it's done, and I don't have to worry about it anymore!

What number did you call? I called the annual passholder line (at the suggestion of the Passholder office in the Magic Kingdom) and they wouldn’t help me.

I finally talked to someone on the Internet Help line to get my free ones to go through. She deleted my entire order and had me re-enter it and it worked. I had tried all the other recommended tricks and nothing. I’d recommend calling to see if they can do that for you.
