Magic Band Question

One of my sons is listed twice in MDE. One of him is from the last trip with his MBs attached. And the new him is attached to our new trip. I have no idea why our TA couldn't jusf use his old profile. Anyway. Is there a way to merge the two? Or not? I was just thinking its be nice for everyone two have two MBs just in case... Has anyone else had this issue? It was really confusing to try to make sure I had the right profile linked to ADRs.
 
Hmm, that's an interesting one. It might not be something your TA knows how to fix but I would give the Internet Help Desk at Disney a call at (407) 939-7765 because they'll be able to fix you right up.

We had an issue like this when our TA spelled our DD name wrong. IT had to fix it. They were awesome and walked me through everything. Definitely give them a call.
 
I have two of both my kids in MDE as well. The oldest profile for each of them happened the first time we booked a trip with a profile, before there were MB. Their ages are not updating in that profile and there is no image attached to it (it's the only way I can keep them straight). The newer profiles are active on every trip we've booked since then, so I'm not continuing to get duplicates of them each time we plan a trip. I don't know how to get rid of the older ones, though. I also have profiles for family and friends that we've only traveled with 1-2 times and I don't think I can remove them. They are just there in my list of "family and friends." As long as I'm not getting them confused I'm just leaving it alone. :)
