magic band question

I have some gray magic bands not used from a previous trip, their codes were not added to DME. We are not staying on site for an upcoming vacation, so I have no reservation number. Can I add the band numbers to my DME account and link our tickets to them to use for our ticket admission? It appears on the DME I can but I am not sure and do not want to somehow loose access to our tickets.

The MDE is just a "holding file" for all your Disney info... you can add any info to that file. You will not lose access to your tickets. In fact, you will probably need to use your physical tickets for park entry because you will not be an onsite guest.
