Magic Band query.

Hi.

We went to WDW last November and stayed at POFQ. We had the Magic Bands, which we brought home at the end of our holiday. We have now just booked to stay at CBR for next June. I was wondering if we would need to bring our old Magic Bands with us, or if we would be issued with new bands when we arrive at the resort. Seems to be a lot of conflicting information regarding this on the internet. I was wondering is any has any experience of either reusing their Bands for a second holiday.

You will be offered new bands and will be able to customise them, just like you did previously. However, you can still bring your old bands with you and they will work too.

As long as the bands (old or new) are linked to MDE then you can use them.
You will receive new ones each time you check in on an a new reservation.

You can also disable/deactivate individual bands in MDE.

Some DISers have built up quite a collection - we've got 4 on the go and can choose whichever colour we fancy wearing each day.

Thanks for the replies. My daughter is now very happy as she lost her yellow coloured band whilst we were there last time and was reissued with a grey one.
