magic band purchase and set up for offsite guests

Hi. My family and I after much thought have booked an off site villa at Sheraton Vistana. We will be purchasing our park tickets at our local Disney store since we have Disney rewards, and perfer not to stand in line as much. My question is if we purchase our magic band through Disney store or disney store online, is there a way to have our tickets and fast passes linked prior to arrival at the parks? Would really love to have everything all set up before we get there. Any insight into my Disney experience app would be extremely helpful. I really appreciate any comments or advice. Thank you!

Hi Kirstyn, I know this is an old thread and dont know if you've had your trip yet, but I have the same question if anyone else can answer so I'm bumping it.
I stayed at Sheraton Vistana last fall, and we loved it! Have a great time.

You can ask to Guest Service centre at Disneyland and they will help you out.Naturally It will be great if everything is setup before getting there.
