Magic Band personalization/shipping process

ok can someone tell me the process magic bands go through before being mailed?

I've checked a few times while it was counting Down to 30 day mark
then it said getting ready to customize last chance

now its saying act quick they could ship at any moment

my friend who's arriving a couple days before me says her bands are still saying getting ready to personalize


so can someone tell me the steps the bands go through and tell you when you check up till they are shipped

I don't know the exact steps, but my check-in date is Dec 8 & I got an email & tracking number today, Nov 16.

22 days. I'm in a Facebook group of other November/December trips & this seems to be the norm.

Magical Disney Christmas 2014 is the facebook group name.

We just got DD's for Nov 28 on Friday.
But we got ours for Nov 29 over a week before that.....so not sure how they decide when to ship which ones.
Here's was in the waiting to be shipped phase for a couple of weeks.

From the time it said the bands were shipped, it was around 3-4 days before they arrived at my house. I thought they arrived very quickly.
