magic band help at Studios

Just an FYI for those heading to the studios:
If you have any issues with your band (as I did on Monday), do not wait in the queue for guest relations. Instead head next door to Sid's Cayouga (spelling) place (that used to have the movie posters and trivia questions). They have made that the Magic band headquarters for the Studios but there is no signage that says so.

In my case, my MB didn't have my newly upgraded annual pass on it--a very good reason to card the hard plastic card as well as wear the MB.
My MB worked great at AK on Sunday. I then upgraded my pass to the premier pass.Next morning at the studios, MB wouldn't work at "turnstile" entrance. Luckily I had my AP card with me. I used that to enter the park and then had to get the Mb fixed at Sid's

I'm pretty sure it went MB Central (with nothing else) many months ago now.

Not cool. I was in there at the end of January or early February and it still had posters and such. I loved that little shop. It did have little computer screens or something for FP+ or something, but it still had the posters. I saw a great one for Beach Blanket Bingo autographed by both Frankie and Annette. It wasn't for sale.
