Magic band guidance please...

i found a fee pictures i like but they are way too big. I am hoping someone knows how and can explain to me how to change a picture I found on Google images to banner size to fit my band. I was trying to use magic my band to purchase the stickers through.

You'll want to crop the image so it's wide and short - around 200mm wide by 22mm tall.

There is a free online tool called Pixlr http://apps.pixlr.com/editor/ which is pretty good if you don't have access to something like Photoshop.
