I have three questions:

1) Is it possible to split the roundtrip in two trips?
We like to take the Shuttle for one day in the morning and do the return trip a day later in the evening!

2) Will the shuttle run long enough in the evening?
We will do the Halloween Horror Nights, and won't be out of the park until 1am?!

3) Is the Taxi Fare entimator on the Maers website including the tax?

it sounds like you will not be staying onsite at universal resorts.
are you coming from disney or near by hotel?

are you talking about the mears shuttle, round trip transportation that runs from disney to universal?

HHN closes at midnight on non peak nights.
peak nights, it closes at 2:00 am.

i think you would have to contact mears shuttle on how they set the hours up on the service they provide.

if you take a taxi after hhn to your hotel, they are plentiful and will be there before the park closes to after it closes.

:guilty: Yes, we are staying at the Port Orleans Frensh Quarter and I was talking about the round trip Maers Shuttle from Disney to Universal ^^

Unfortunataly it is not possible for us to stay at a Universal hotel :sad2:

the shuttle will pick you up at your disney hotel and drop you off at universal.
you schedule it the night prior at the concierge desk in your hotel lobby.

dreams unlimited has a deal where you buy the UO park tickets from them and they provide the transportation round trip for you.
they will work with your schedule of coming and going.

if i find detail info on the boards, i will come back and post here for you.

you'll really enjoy french quarters!

The basics of the maers shuttle I've allready known, but unfotunatataly I didn't find any answers to my special questions here ^^

Yea, I heared about the dreams unlimited deal, but we are planing to do TWO days at universal, so their offer is not fitting for us :confused3

But thank you a lot Macraven for giving me an answer :hippie:

I hope we will enjoy french quarter...it is our first trip to WDW ever (comming from germany all over :cool2:)

was your special question about doing 2 separate round trips to UO from disney?

i hate to overlook any question that i might be able to help you on.

the only options you have could be:

1. rent a car for the 2 days you will be going to UO.
2. use car service which will be about $55 round trip per day.
3. use dreams unlimited package which is the UO tickets and free transportation.
4. use the lynx bus transportation from downtown disney to the last stop.
think it would be a bit past sea world.
then a cab from there to UO. could be $10
the lynx bus is cheap but can take 1.5 hours to go from dtd to Uo.

there is another bus you could catch from the seaworld stop but if you miss it, it is a long wait for the next one.
bus was costing about $2 last time i did it.

i don't know if dreams unlimited could cut you a deal or not.
send them an email and ask if they will.

My most important question is, whether the maers-shuttles run even after the Halloween Horror Nights or if I have to takle a cab :confused3
