Everything in my account looks fine, except one DD and DH have lost their FP+ for Peter Pan. They have only two FP+. :headache: We don't leave for four weeks, but I want a specific time and it is spring break. Do I try to re-add them now or wait to see if it fixes itself?

Are you accessing MDE on smartphone/itouch or laptop, computer? I would access App on website via computer to see if they are in fact linked up. If not, I would call guest services and let them know so they can line up Peter Pan with the rest of your family. When you call, ask why things show up and then disappear--I'd be interested to know what their execuse is.

Computer. I really don't want to spend an hour of my time on hold, only to get a non-answer. I'm guessing they've been getting a few calls over the last 24 hours...

In my experience it will not generally fix itself. We had that problem in the fall and it lost one of our FP for our group (TT at Epcot). I had made a change to the time, saw it confirmed and then it disappeared. I waited a couple days to call which was a mistake. By the time I called I had to take a time 5 hours from our original time. I also spent easily 45 minuted with Disney IT on hold, so be prepared for a time suck and do it before your vacation.

I'm sure they have however that being said that might be the best way to approach it so you don't continue to have problems since your going so soon. Others on the board have called in to have things straightened out just fine. I'd call just to make sure everything has been linked up. So far it looks that people have their FP disappear because their tickets to the parks are not linking up. Plus by calling they should honor the original time you wanted for the whole family for Peter Pan. It looks as though yesterday the system went down for a short period of time.

I checked again and my DD and DH's FP have reappeared. It says for 5 people again instead of for 3. I printed the page, which was my purpose for going into MDE in the first place.

So, if random things disappear from your account, don't panic. This is only a test. :lmao:

When we where there two weeks ago we didn't have any problems with our fastpasses, but I did witness quite a few people having to "prove" they had fastpasses. As soon as the castmember saw proof they were let on the ride. Printing them out and having them with you is a good idea.
