I've made reservations at Artist Point for hopefully a romantic dinner for myself and DH. (It's our 25th wedding Anniversary, we were also at WDW for our honeymoon.) :flower3: Has anyone eaten there? How was it? How is the food? Any reccommendations? :confused3 We also have reservations the next night at the California Grill (7:30pm). I've been there but DH has not. We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge.

Did you tell them that you were there for your anniversary? DH and I went there and told them we were there for our anniversary and at the end of the meal they brought us out a dessert plate with happy anniversary written in chocolate and different desserts on it. We think the food there is awesome, can't wait to go back in November. I love their Buffalo steak. And there Berry Cobbler is great. I have never had anything bad there. Check out www.allearsnet.com. And go to the dining, then you can pull up Artist Point and you can see their menu. Hope this helps!! Happy Anniversary! :flower3:

We had a wonderful dinner at AP. I had the tenderloin, my friend has the cedar plank salmon... we split 2 appetizers (coz we wanted to try both)

One was the venison springrolls - delicious and spicy

and the other was the salad with pears & walnuts which was outstanding.

They divided them prior to serving, giving each of us our own plate - and these were good portion sizes.

For dessert we split the berry cobbler - wonderful and had some of ther french press coffee.

The atmosphere was quiet and the server friendly & helpful. We only saw one child in the restaurant colouring quietly while his parents had dinner. It was a great meal & atmosphere.

Enjoy!

We've eated at AP twice, once for Thanksgiving and once just for a regular dinner. Both times were very nice, DH's favorite resturant. If possible, try the Portobello mushroom soup. Service has been outstanding both times.

AP was our favorite meal. The food was outstanding as well as the service. It will be a must do if we go back.

You will love Artist Point! The food is great and the service we've had has always been top notch. My DH loves the pork chop with tillamook cheddar mac and I love the cedar planked salmon. The mushroom soup is excellent also. They have a great cheese plate, and if you drink wine, you'll find the list reasonably priced. All the wines are from Oregon or Washington, and they are all available by the glass or the bottle.

This is almost exactly what my hubby and I had for our anniversary dinner last year there. The only difference was that I had the scallops for entree. It is a wonderful restaurant.

The coffee two ways dessert is my absolute favorite - makes me want to go there now!!! I'm also a fan of the pork chop with mac n cheese!
