made ps today for May

This is my first time going and I am so excited when I talk to someone at disney. I will be going with hubbie and with my daughter who is 6.
Please give me some insight if I made the ps right....

Arrival Sun- counter service somewhere....noon.... dinner Chef Mickeys
Mon- counter ... dinner Ohanas
Tues- breakie..... Cindys....dinner-Teppanyaki
Wed- counter..... dinner Concourse Steakhouse
Thurs- counter ...dinner Boma
Fri-counter and not sure maybe Trails End???
Sat- counter and not sure maybe two counter last full day in parks
Sun- Family Tour shhh its a secret ... I think a great way to end.. so probably just either grab a bite at a counter in Mk or back at Pop

So what do you all think ???? Please any suggestions would be great.
All dinner reservations are for around 6:00
Can somoene be so kind to let me know which fireworks I can catch and which would be the best days with my choices I have made.

I read somewhere park hours are out for May. Last time we ate at Ohana's our ps was right before Wishes so we got to what Wishes while we ate. It was really nice and they dim the lights. Maybe you could move your Ohana ressie to catch Wishes.
With your Teppanyaki ressie you should be through in plenty of time to catch a good spot for Illuminations.

Looks pretty good - we are planning the Family Magic Tour on our last day too and I am trying to keep it a secret - I'm debating on a PS at Crystal Palace - either for Bfast Before the tour or lunch after.
