Made my first ever ADRs

That was easy - 7 minutes on the phone to WDW Dining and I am the proud owner of 2 ADRS.

One for Sci-Fi Dine-in on 15th October at 5.30

One for the Rose and Crown on 18th October at 7.30 (fingers crossed we might get seating outside)

It took me 15mins to make my two last week, Concourse Steakhouse & Hollywod & Vine Fantasmic package. I think it took a little longer because I cant hear very well in my left ear (I was was using that ear as my right hand was poised to write the confirmation numbers) so I had problems hearing anything the very nice cm was saying to me!

I have almost the same ADR's as you + Rainforest at DTD (which might well be cancelled due to all the bad reviews!!) I will let you know how we get on

My eldest DD wants to do Rainforest too but I suspect we might end up doing the one at Animal Kingdom, which has slightly better reviews than the DTD one.

Would prefer the one at AK also but i think they close quite early(?) and we eat very late - ADR at DTD is at 9pm.

I spent ages yesterday making 3 ADR's - about a half hour! My very last ADR required a c.c. payment and my transaction was declined!

I was annoyed, but managed to keep my reservation by talking with a nice man over at Guest Services who got it sorted for me because I used a different card!

I was going to call c.c. company tomorrow but, lo and behold, they called me today! Apparently they "blocked" my card last night as "someone" (who actually turned out to be me - the card holder!) was trying to use it! Here was me thinking that's what the darn things were for - using!

Apparently, if your going to start using a normally redundant card a lot, or abroad, they would now like advance notice!

Congratulations Joh, I made my first ever ADR's on Saturday
Its a great feeling isnt it?
I was just excited to be talking to someone at WDW
Only took about 15 mins & i made 10 ADR's!!! Better check the phone bill it could have been longer i have no sense of time when dealing with anything WDW!!!
