Made my ADR's today. What do you think?

Today was my 180 days out. I got up at 6am and made my ADR's online. I got everything I wanted except HDDR. They won't let me book for December.

12/3:
San Angel Inn lunch
Teppan Edo Dinner

12/4:
Via Napoli lunch
Yachstman steakhouse dinner

12/5:
Liberty tree tavern lunch
Tony's town square dinner

12/6:
Chef Mickeys bfst
Narcoossees Dinner w/ fireworks

12/7:
Sci fi lunch
California Grill dinner w/fireworks

12/8:
Tusker house bfst
Jiko dinner

12/9:
50's PTC lunch
HDDR

12/10:
Tutto italia lunch
Le Cellier dinner

12/11:
Whispering canyon lunch
Ohana dinner

We will be on deluxe dining. I have a 8 year old daughte and 2 year old son.
What do you all think? I've done Ohana, Tusker house, Sci fi and Chef mickeys before.

Those look great-- we're hoping to do a lot of the same ones for our trip which overlaps with yours!! You've got good taste on all fronts We're hoping for free dining to make it all the better.

I just posted this on the main disney restaurants thread but then saw your travel dates so had to ask-- We haven't made our resort res. yet because of it being Pop Warner and I'm afraid there won't be a public discount and hope that by not making a resort ressie yet but constantly saving vacation offers they'll send me a pin--Here's hoping!! Sadly that means no 180+10 and I'm getting worried about Le Cellier-- we've never been and desperately want to go, but I'm afraid that all the lunch slots will be gone by the time I get to make my reservation on Wednesday. Which brings me to a huge, huge favor-- I wonder if you would be able to tell me if there's any lunch spots available right now for lunch on 12/5? If not, I will have to decide if it's worth it to make a resort reservation now and risk not getting a pin to get a time at le cellier later in the week. If you can help I'd appreciate it so much, but if you're uncomfortable with it I understand! Thanks in advance!

You do not have to have a resort reservation to make ADRs. The only difference is you will have to come back each day at the 180 day mark and make your reservation. You wont be able to make all of your reservations at one time, but can stillmake them.
