...and just when I thought I understood it...

We have a stay that starts on June 6 (90 days from today). We are staying one night in a studio and 4 nights in a 1BR so they are separate reservations.

I understand that I should not be able to make ADR's for, say June 8, because that is more than 90 days from the check in date of that reservation. (It does seem silly since they can see that I have a 5 night stay booked, but I digress...)

What I do not understand is why I cannot book ANYTHING for June 7 which is my "checkout" day of the first reservation? We are doing the DxDDP for just that one night and I wanted to book CRT (long shot....Boma is my backup) for breakfast and LeCellier for dinner on the 7th .

Is this some strange anomaly, or can you not book anything for your checkout day if that day is more than 90 days out? Wouldn't the 90+10 apply here? Is it that the computer is not seeing it as my checkout day of the first reservation, but rather as my check IN day of the second? Should I call back today and see if I can get the ADR's for June 7?:confused3

You should be able to book on June 7 based on your one night reservation. You can book tomorrow for the rest of your stay.

This is what I ran into. I have 3 ressies. First on is for June 2 for one day as is a room only stay. Second is for June 3 to the 5 with DxDP. Third is for June 5 to the 14.

Now on 3-4, I was able to make ADRs for my stay from the 2nd up to the 12th which would be 90 + 10. They never said anything about me checking out on the 3rd. On 3-5, I called to use my next ressie to get June 13 which would have been the last day of my +10. Now remember this ressie has a DP added to it, they kept comming up with an error and could not get the computers to take the ADR. The CM kept telling me I was checking out on the 5th and I would not be there on the 13. The CM ended up talking to 2 mangers and then to guest services. Guest services took 1 and a half days to get it to work.

I'm thinking it is a software issue with ressies and dinning plans.

I would call back. CRT can be booked right now up to June 19th. You should be able to book that right now. As far as the other ressies, I don't see a problem. I called yesterday. I had a ressie checking in June 5 for one night, then checking in June 6 for 6 nights. I was able to book all my ressies for June 5th -June 11th yesterday=90day+10rule(except we were'nt staying 10 days.) Call back, get another CM. Good luck!!:)

We check in on June 6th @ BCV. I had no problems getting my ADR's for
the entire trip with the exception of Chef Mickeys. Apparently, Chef Mickeys
and CRT can still be booked up to 180 days out unitl June 19th when they
revert to the 90 day rule. Good Luck!:thumbsup2

A few weeks ago I called for our May 23rd trip at exactly 90 days out. We check-in to one room on the 23rd, a different room on the 25th, and finally a different room on the 29th.........3 different ressies at 2 different resorts. I was able to make ALL my dining plans for the entire 9-day stay when I called 90-days out from the check-in date of the 1st ressie. They used the "new" system and never even questioned when I explained I had 3 ressie's and different ressie numbers.

I would call back....I think it depends on WHO you talk to (as is many times when calling MS or making ADR's!) Good luck! :thumbsup2
