Made May/June ADRs today

Called at 7:00 am, answered at 7:03, then transferred to someone who could do after May 26th (I wonder what that glitch is about?), on hold for a little while, that person answered at 7:13. Done at 7:33. Total call time 33 minutes.
Got EVERYTHING I wanted at almost exactly the times I wanted.

You're lucky! I called at ~7:15 am and I was transferred to someone (the qlitch in the system) and I am still on hold!!! Wow. Hoping someone comes soon because I am afraid they forgot me...

I am sure they are really busy with people just like me! LOL

I called right at 7am...got through to someone at 7:02am who transferred me...I waited on hold for almost an hour and just got done booking everything. I was having the same thoughts you were having LOL.
