Made first ressie...ms was great!

I called first thing this morning to make the first part of my reservation for next January. The cm at ms was wonderful! She asked if I wanted to use my points banked from this year (yes!), asked if I wanted to request non-smoking and a Boardwalk view (reading my mind...wow!) and reminded me to give a call to make ps arrangements before the trip. We even had a little conversation about the Hoop de Doo, and she told me how much her 70yo mother enjoys Chef Mickey's. Wow...I really got one of the good ones..it was a Disney experience!

So...We'll be at BWV in a preferred view studio from Jan. 22 to Jan. 27 next year. I'm calling tomorrow to reserve a 1BR standard view for the next 4 days, and will add the last day on Thursday!

It's a great feeling!

Nearly all of my experiences with MS have been great. I really have no complaints so far in 4 years. Some CMs are a bit more friendly but I have never had one that was rude. My last call was with a woman named Holly and she was about the friendliest person I've talked to there. She even hummed Disney tunes while she was looking things up for me. She said it was her hold music. I think that we often forget to mention when we get great service. Thanks for reminding us.

YAY! That must feel so good, actually HAVING reservations! (Have my fingers crossed for getting our remaining days in November.) But it's going to be a looong 11 months waiting for that trip!

Just talked to MS myself, and she was wonderful. I hate making phone calls, but she was a peach. Straightened out all my "stuff".

The guy at MS I spoke with this morning to make a Concierge Collection reservation was great too; hope that situation works out as well.

Yeah, its going to be tough! I guess I'm a bit of a spoiled brat, but to go more than a year between WDW visits is rough. My dh is begging to go back NOW! lol..

Well, we may try to fit in a short trip later this year if all goes as we hope....and if not...Jan. 2002 gets closer every day.

I hope the waiting list comes through for you!

My limited experience with MS has been very positive. I had the feeling they could not do enough to ensure I recieved the dates I requested. It was a little tricky because I booked two studios at BWV end of July. 2001. MS could not have been more accomodating. I expected typical Disney service and recieved it. Enjoy your vacation!
