I was set on getting the Combi Cosmo, but my DD is too tall for it an she's not even 2 yet! I was so disappointed.

So I tried out some more and I think I have decided on getting the Triumph. What are your thoughts on this stroller? We'd be taking it on our May trip and then using it during the summer as our primary stroller.

My DD is 2 and weighs about 25 lbs.

I just ordered two off of e-bay today. So I can't tell you from personal experience but I did a search on Maclaren Triumphs and read as much as I could. I read a lot of great things about them. They seem like the perfect travel stroller.

We love ours! DS is 33 months old and a very tall 40 inches. He weighs about 32 lbs. We have been very happy with ours. The only thing I wish was different would be to allow it to recline a bit more than it does. We take it with us all the time. Its light and easy to take care of.

I love mine. It is perfect for the parks. It is easy to fold and super easy to carry. My son is 3 1/2, but 42 inches and 45 pounds and he fits in it great. Mine came with a rain cover that hooks onto it. It was great for those Orlando afternoon thunderstorms.

I was wondering, I know you can gate check strollers but since these fold up so nicely is there anyway the airlines would let us put them in the overhead bins??? I guess I am not sure when they are collapsed if they would be small enough? Can anyone speak from experience with this??

love pooh-

Can I ask where you ordered from? I am thinking of doing the same thing this week. I checked the Babies R Us and did a test run. I don't think it would fit in the overhead of the airlines. People have stated that Walmarts "red" bags for the strollers is great.

We got our Triumph last year for our WDW trip. I love it. I don't know about the overhead, but we got this red gate check bag from Walmart last year and it worked out great. It was open when we got off the plane with the bag neatly folded in the seat :goodvibes

We  our Triumph.

No, you can not put the stroller in the overhead on the plane. You will have to gate check it.

We love our Triumph. It folds up very easy which makes it very convenient when getting on and off the buses. It's very easy to maneuver as well.

We LOVE our Triumph too and have used it on two WDW vacations. It is a great umbrella style stroller. Our DD napped in it on both trips :)
We gate checked our stroller, but put it inside a bag so it wouldn't get banged up.
carrie6466....what section in Walmart did you find your bag? Do you remember how much it was???

We bought ours for our last Disney trip too and my dd was 3, she still fits in it at 5, lol! We LOVE it! I zip tied the Maclaren accessory bag to it (and have yet to get it off, lol) so we'd have the cupholders and pockets. We checked it at the gate no problem, no bag either. Would like to hear more on that Walmart one though! Honestly, my only regret was not buying it sooner. Aside from the accesory thing, I would definitely recommend getting a shade extender for it. We got on by Kiddopotamus I think at Babiesrus for like $15 and it was perfect! DD napped in it every day.

I'm in the same position. My daughter will be 5 when we go to WDW this November and she hasn't used a stroller in quite some time. We've given our big stroller away to a realtive because we didn't use it anymore. However, am sure that we will need one for this trip. I didn't really want to pay a great deal of money for a stroller I wouldn't likely use after the trip but also don't want to be uncomfortable for our 9 day trip!

After reading all of the comments I'm thinking of getting the Truimph as well, but would love to know how much the "red bag" costs and where to find more info on that.

See the link.

It is $13.96 online at walmart, okay, cannot get the link to work. Log on to walmarts site and search red gate check bag. It will come up for the stroller and car seat bag.

Thanks for the link. I just pm'd you the link I ordered them from. It was the best rate I found on e-bay for a new one.

We love ours too! Have had one for about 2.5 years! I got mine on e-bay and have had no problems with it at all. We have the Volo too....but the Triumph is nice for longer trips because it reclines.

LOVE my pink Triumph!
SO easy to fold down and my dd is 3 and a half and 42 inches tall. It's reclined enough for her to take a cat nap.

Super lightweight, handles rough roads well, it's comfy too.

Did I mention, it's PINK :lovestruc
