Mac Volo owners - trouble keeping hood in place?

I think I'm doing something wrong, the hood doesn't want to stay in place. How have others attached it? please help

Mine don't move at all -- are you sure you actually have them hooked on correctly?

I just bought one this weekend & putting the hood on was tricky...I had to try several times to get it right. Keep trying!
