mac n cheese

I was wondering if the mac and cheese (usually on the kids menu) is homemade or is it boxed, like Kraft?

Also, where can I find the best mac n cheese?

We have never found any like krafts .(which DS WILL eat) Each place seems to be different. LTT has stoffers (which DS WILL NOT EAT) and most sit downs seem to be some variation of cooked pasta and some type of chese sauce. Most sit downs will give a choice of Pasta with cheese, butter or tomato sauce. Most buffets seem to be home made. I remember the CP had pretty good MAc & Cheese.

Trail's End has some real good Mac and Cheese. Real good filling mac and cheese kinda like Velveeta, but much better (it has a homemade taste).

DS seems to like mac n cheese everywhere, along with his friends we always bring along!

one thing about WDW, mac n cheese is everywhere!

Wolfgang Puck Express at The Marketplace and The Westside has THE BEST mac 'n cheese! It is baked and is sooooo rich. I know that it probably has a million grams of fat in it , but it is so delicious, it's worth it. I had it twice on our trip in December. If I remember correctly, it was very reasonably priced too (less than $5 for a generous serving).

Jiko actually has awesome Mac and Cheese. They usually serve it with the Filet but I'm sure you would be able to just get it on its own.

This is such a funny thread. When our boys were growing up, that is all they ate. Their favorite was at Dixie Landings (PO).
Our 11 yr. old DS has advanced from just macaroni & cheese to pizza. Now there are two things he can always find on the menu.
My DH and I enjoy the macaroni & cheese at Beach Club buffet.
I really believe most of the mac & cheese is Stouffers. But, would
our DS eat Stouffers at home, nope, it must be Kraft in the blue box.

My son is the pickiest eater on earth. If the mac n cheese isn't exactly perfect, he won't touch it!! He RAVED about the mac n cheese at Chef Mickey's, which means that it has to be pretty close to Kraft....just with Mickey shapes. When I told him about eating there again, that was the first thing he piped in about.
