I don't miss it one bit. Having grown up in MA, I thought I wouldn't like Christmas in FL, but I was wrong. We go for a walk on the beach. I made a wreath for my front door from shells we collected on Thanksgiving.
The one thing I regret is that, when my mom called yesterday and told me she was snowed in and couldn't get a hold of my brother, there was nothing I could do to help.
BTW, I have pictures from my second winter in MN (but no scanner, unfortunately), when we got 30" of snow on Halloween, and another 30" on top of that by December. I really don't miss it at all!
