Personally, I felt it looked alot less "warehousy" than the photo posted awhile back on Steve's site. Also, were the lighting effects running on the "big wheel" when you rode? If so, please provide some description because that effect wasn't up when I visited after hours.

I felt it looked "rounded edge" futuristic... not the bleak futuristic from the original concepts, but more... friendly. Like a smithsonian exhibit in the future

There are supposed to be limited guest previews starting next week. Keep in mind that they are very limited... you shouldn't be at the park expecting to ride, but if you were to hang out in front of the attraction alot, you just may! Good luck- it is the best ride in the world!!!

Here is a little bit extra-- I have been riding MS the past few days, and I went today, and I thought boy it seemed a little more intense. Afterwards, I was talking to one of the managers, and she asked me- did it seem any different? It turns out the imagineers are still playing and tinkering. They upped the G's slightly overnight. Though the pull didn't seem much stronger, but I noticed my cheeks being pressed back more and it being much more difficult to reach forward to press the buttons bc of added g forces. I hope they keep it this way!!! Even better!

I heard general cast previews are next week, then what you said

I asked several MS cast members, they all said, the rest of cast previews not until early july and random guest previews next week (june 9th week). Who knows what the truth is, but that was the 'offical word'.

I would really love to see pictures of the mission space merchandise so i could call merchandise and order some ,tee-shirts, hats, etc. Any pictures of the stuff they sell in the store?

Thanks Janet for posting that link. I was set to try it when we go back because I can handle Star Tours but the mention of a small, enclosed space makes me uneasy too. I'd better rethink this, luckily we don't have a trip planned yet!
