and their rates seem to be at $1.8331, which is 3 cents higher than the trusty M&S rate (currently $1.804). There doesn't seem to be any commissionon that rate either...
Apparently travelex haven't changed their rate yet, it'll probably drop by Monday though.

www.thomasexchange.com offer better rates than travelex and M&S. Currentley they are offering $1.86. I haven't used them personally, but I may do once the rate reaches $1.90. They are commision free for travellers cheques but you are unable to order with a debit/credit card over the phone. They told me I could pay by personal cheque or deposit my payment into their Bank of Scotland account.
