Lynx 56 from Old Town to MK/Epcot?

Am wondering if anyone has ever taken the Lynx 56 bus from Old town (I noticed parking is free there all day until 11pm) and ...the bus goes to the Transportation Ticket Center, where you can get the monorail to Epcot and MK... - I assume you can also pick up other shuttles too??? from the TTTC?

Is it safe to leave your car @ Old Town and take the Lynx into Disney???

and where do they drop off / pick up at the transportation center and the Old Town? Are the bus stops visible and is Lynx a reliable service?

I have used the Lynx bus from TTC to SeaWorld. It was very easy to do, and actually pleasant. Lynx is Orlando's public transit so is pretty reliable. They have a bus stop at TTC, beside the ticket area/info area...over to the far right as you approach.
Can't say where the stop is at Old Town though.
