Lynn at the Poly

When we arrived at the Poly last fall, we were lucky to be checked in by a fabulous fellow named Lynn. He was so funny and welcoming, and he found us the perfect room in the Tokelau building. He really knows his stuff and how to treat guests, and Disney is lucky to have him!

Anyone been to the coffee/pastry cart in the lobby near the monorail station? The manager is wonderful woman named Lynn and she brightened our every day at the Poly last Feb. We were there again in May and she even remembered us . . . and wondered where our son and daughter were (we sneaked away without them for 5 nights!). I was impressed. She seems to really enjoy her job and the people around her. She embodied the Disney spirit!
