New York-based Luxury Institute released results of its Cruise Lines Luxury Customer Experience Index survey, in which affluent customers rated 11 of the country's largest cruise brands. According to the survey, customers chose Radisson Seven Seas (recently renamed Regent Seven Seas) as best in delivering customer experience. Disney Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruises took second- and third-place honors, respectively. "The voice of its own wealthy consumers validates the recent move to change the name from Radisson, a mainstream brand, to Regent, a luxury brand," said Milton Pedraza, CEO of the Luxury Institute. According to the Institute, it surveyed a nationally representative statistical sample of more than 2,000 households with a median income of $296,000 in gross annual income and a median net worth of $1.8 million, including home equity.

Hmmm ...

... with 296K median income I'd say these poor folks don't know HOW to save and accumulate wealth. The ratio of income to net worth is otherwise not usually cited inclusive of primary residence. At any rate, it is nice to see folks who have a little spare $ to spend rating DCL well. It comes as little surprise to us DCL enthusiasts!!! :thumbsup2
