Lux Lyft vs pre arranged shuttle

We're back from our trip and took MidWilShuttle from LAX to GCH.

TBH, we will probably not use them again and will take an Uber/Lyft next time. We were used to Lanksy who is usually waiting for you when you arrive. MidWilShuttle took about 10 minutes to pick us up, so quite honestly I don't think any time was saved with them versus Uber.

I'm trying to decide what to do for our upcoming trip, and while we almost always take Uber/Lyft, the issue with LAX is that the pick-up location (LAX-it) is far from our terminal so one of the benefit to an authorized shuttle / bus service is the curbside pick-up. I just don't know how to accurately gauge the difference in cost due to surge pricing being so unpredictable.

Does yellow cab at LAX have a flat rate to disney? That's our plan for flying into Long Beach later this month. I was going to look if it can be prebooked, or just once we are off the plane.

We're planning a Disneyland trip for December and plan on using Lansky again as they can provide a carseat, meaning, we don't have to lug one onto the plane. When we used them in 2019 our kid was only one and half and we needed to bring our own carseat since Lanksy only has convertible toddler seats. But now our kid is 5 so we can use their included convertible seats....hopefully that is still the case with Lansky.
