I sent off an email to Disney through the website stating the problem, and also that if it IS on the dining plan, they need to update the dining brochures and their cast member training, and if it isn't, they need to fix the website. I checked all the dining plans (Disney Dining, Premium, and Platinum), and it's not stated on any of them as either a dining experience or a tour.
Let's see what they say.

Did you ever get a response from Disney? They haven't responded to my email...

Considering we've been complaining that they haven't released the dinner shows for online booking past October 16 even though it's considerably past the 180 day mark...
