Lunch with Disney's Animal Kingdom Program

I am considering this for our upcoming June trip. My older daughter would love it since she is very seriously considering a career with large exotic animals. I understand it is only on Tuesdays at Jiko, correct? Do I just call Disney Dining for ADRs? Finally, I assume a credit card is required, but is the card used as a guarantee or do they charge at booking? If anyone has done this, I'd love to hear about your experience.

Try searching "Jiko lunch". I know a couple of DISers have done this and I have read at least 2 reviews. I would imagine you can book through the regular Dining number, but I don't know how far in advance you can call. I'm sure if you call they can tell you when you can make ADRs and if you have to pay in full or just guarantee wiht your CC#. Have fun!
