Lunch with an imagineer

We did this in Aug., mainly because my DS(15) wants to become an Imagineer. We were myself, DW, DS, and DD(10). It was a great time. You don't know who the Imagineer will be ahead of time, but we have heard that if you call the week of your lunch, you may be able to find out who it is with. We ate with Kevin James, a great guy who is a senior graphic designer. Which just so happens to be what my DW does. There were 8 of us, plus Kevin at the table. For souvenirs we each received a menu from the restaurant with your name on it, a dinner plate signed and personalized by Kevin (he did this after lunch and talking with us), and a pin with you name on it, stating you had lunch with an Imagineer. We all wore the pins the rest of the day, and you would not believe how many people stopped us to ask about them ! All in all, it was a great experience, informative, informal and fun. We decided (as had one of the other families that was with us already does) that we will do it every trip from now on ! My 10 y/o DD even said it was one of the best parts of her trip !! Have fun !! :thumbsup2
