I think I already know the answer to this, but I'm grasping at the tiny bit of hope that maybe this isn't only a WDW thing. Was it ever offered at DL, or is it currently offered (I hope I hope I hope!)?

I'm afraid it's only a WDW thing. Never heard of anything like that being offered at DLR. Sure wish they would, I would love it.
