Lunch vs. Dinner

I'd like to save a few bucks with a large family group in September by eating late lunches rather than dinner at some nicer restaurants. Does anyone know what time they switch from the lunch menu to the dinner? Thanks much.

I'm using the same strategy so I can hit my hotspots without going in the red! It looks like each restaurant is different. What I have been doing is looking at the menus (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningmain.cfm) and they list the lunch/dinner times. Good Luck!
