Lunch vs Dinner hours at WS

Can someone tell me what time they stop serving lunch and switch over to the dinner menu at the World Showcase restaraunts...thanks in advance.

I don't know if they all switch at once but I think it's around 4. We have a PS for Teppanyaki and we asked for the lastest lunch time available and got 3:30pm.
