I know Le Cellier closes at 3:00 pm and re-opens for dinner. Am thinking of making 2:30 ressies and didn't know if the 3:00 pm closing will reflect on our dining experience at all.

Any thoughts or experience with this time??

Thanks for your help!

Too bad nobody could reply because I have the same question... anyone knows?

Le Cellier doesn't really "close". They are open the entire time. They just stop taking lunch reservations after 3:00 so they can clear out those diners before the kitchen switches over to dinner. So if you have a reservation for 2:30, you are not going to be forced to leave at 3:00. You will be able to enjoy your lunch until whenever you decide you are finished, whether that's at 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, or 4:30. It doesn't matter.

The same works at all the restaurants, including buffets. If the restaurant does not serve lunch (as CM or 1900 PF) they will not break the buffet until the last table is ready to leave. If they do serve lunch (as CP or Akershus) you may luck out and be able to also eat some lunch items but only be charged for breakfast.
