Lunch PS @ Planet Hollywood?

Can you make a ps @ Planet Hollywood for lunch?? How? If not, are they usually very busy at lunch? Long waits?? We are hoping to do this our arrival day! Thanks for any help!

We were able to make a PS for lunch at Planet Hollywood in February, although they do not accept the dining plan. The restaurant was uncrowded this time as well as a luncheon date we had in late June, 2003. My family loved the restaurant and shot a roll of film, the food was adequate, upscale bar food.
