We will be staying at BWI for the first time in November! :cool1: On our arrival day, we will probably get to the resort around 10:30 a.m. and I thought it might be nice to have lunch somewhere on the Boardwalk before we go to MK. Any suggestions? Doesn't have to be specifically at our resort, just anywhere in the general area, and can be counter or table service. Thanks!:thumbsup2

I think a good option for lunch would be the Big River Grill. I am not sure if you have a park hopper, but, as you are probably aware, you are a 10 minute walk to the back entrance of EpCot and will come in right by London. This opens up a tonne of dining options for you.

I agree: Consider walking to Epcot and enjoying lunch in the World Showcase. YOu can always then take the monorail to the MK if you want.

Epcot is a good idea. If you have parkhoppers Les Halles is a great place for a sandwich and dessert in France and right over the bridge.

If you don't have parkhoppers, I always enjoy the Boardwalk Bakery. Their sandwiches and desserts are delish and in November you should be able to sit outside without roasting to death.

Big River Grill is excellent. Very relaxed and good food and craft beers. The Captain's Grill at the Yacht Club also has great food, and is a nice walk from BWI. They also have great lobster rolls and fries at Hurricane Hanna's at the BC/YC Stormalong Pool.

I would recommend venturing off to the Dolphin or Swan resorts too, great restaurants, great food. If you can't get ADRs for Beaches & Cream, try The Fountain at the Dolphin, it's the next best thing to B&C in the Epcot resort area.

If you are there in the beginning of November, just wait until 11 and hit the kiosks at Food and Wine in Epcot.

Just to add to this, there are some nice sandwiches by the pool at the Cabana Bar (S/D). Especially nice at night. And Picabu's is open 24 hrs/day.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions! I think we have decided to hit MK as soon as we arrive, but I will definitely use these suggestions at some point during our trip. :thumbsup2
