lunch menus aboard the Wonder

Good Morning everyone,
My family and I are sailing on the Wonder in a short 8wks! Our first cruise!!
I was wondering what anyone might be able to tell me about the lunch menus on board. Curious to know if Parrot Cay has a different lunch buffet everyday, what might be on it and according to my Passporter it is only served until 12noon, is that true? Thanks everyone,now off to work I go!!
