Lunch Menu Question

Are the lunch menus served sequentially or by the day number?
Our sailing is Nassau, Lookout, Castaway, Sea Day.
Would the lunch menu on the Sea Day be menu 5 for the 5th day, or menu 3 for the 3rd menu served?

Do you know they use them in chronological order (even if skipping numbers) - or possibly choose from possible menus based on chef’s choice & provision ordering? And therefore seemingly random.

I feel like it's just random order vs a set lunch menu based upon the cruise day. You will be able to see the lunch menus for each day of the cruise once you're on the app on the ship, that's how we decided which day we'd do a sit down lunch

Update: Ok...so I just checked our last 7 nt cruise (Dream, Norway in 2023) and menus 3 and 7 lined up with days 3 and 7. DH and I had day 3 and my adult kids did day 7. https://disneycruiselineblog.com/menus/menu-viewer/?Menu=181

We've been on two 7 night & two 14 night, and the order of the menus has been consistent.
We've only had Castaway on the final day though.

On itineraries that go to Castaway & Lookout, lunch isn't served in the MDR on those days because the servers are serving lunch on the island.

Someone elsewhere confirmed that the menus are sequential.

I’ve only had lunch 7 once, though I look for it on every cruise we go on. The Nurnburger is amazing!
