Lunch hours for The Wave? Can't find them

Hi- I've looked all over but I don't see the hours lunch is served at The Wave, does anyone know? Also, if we plan to each lunch there on a Thursday in late October, do you think we should make reservations? There will be two of us.

Actually that may work - we are going to Epcot AM EMH to do all the rides we can in Future World, and then just a walk through of World Showcase - we have two more days scheduled at Epcot for rides and food/wine. Then we are attending the Halloween party at night - planning to get there between 5 and 6.

Can I make a reservation as late as 1:30/45 for lunch do you guys think or is there an early last seating for lunch ending at 2?
That we can do early emh at Epcot, lunch, then relax at Polynesian before heading to party where we will snack all night!

edit to add - just tried making a dummy ADR for lunch at 1:40 and it worked, looks like we can eat lunch that late. Yay!
