Lunch hours for Sunshine Seasons

Help! We love.love.love lunch at Sunshine Seasons, but our touring plan has us out of Future World before 10:30 am. What is the earliest time one can begin getting lunch at Sunshine Seasons?

When you're in the Land pavilion for Soarin' and Listen to the Land or just walking by the pavilion you can stop at Sunshine Seasons and ask when they transition to lunch. I haven't seen a list of exact meal times for the park CS, just opening and closing times.
