Lunch hours at EPCOT??

Does anyone happen to know the lunch hours for the sit down restaurants in World Showcase?? We'd like to use our AP discount and eat as late as possible.

Nine Dragons (China) 12pm to 4:15pm

Resturant Aukershus (Norway) 12pm to 4pm
Rose and Crown (Great Britan) 12pm to 4pm
San Angel Inn (Mexico) 12pm to 4pm

Biergarten (Germany) 12pm to 3:45pm
Resturant Marrakesh (Morocco) 12pm to 3:45pm
Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki (Japan) 12pm to 3:45pm

Chefs De France (France) 12pm to 3pm
Coral Reef (Living Seas) 12pm to 3pm
Le Cellier (Canada) 12pm to 3pm
